Investing through an Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA)

If you invest in Vala Fixed Income Bonds, you will have the choice to open an IFISA account in which to hold your invest

ment. This service is provided by Goji Financial Services Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN:805323), an HMRC-approved IFISA plan manager and our strategic partner for the administration of the Vala Fixed Income Bonds.

Originally launched by the UK government in 2016,  the IFISA makes it possible for individuals to invest  their annual ISA allowance into certain types of debt products. This has created new sources of finance  for small companies, at the same time as providing investors with an option that could yield higher interest rates than a straightforward cash ISA, with lower volatility than a stocks & shares ISA.

By choosing to hold your Vala Fixed Income Bonds through an IFISA, you make sure that any interest  you earn will be tax-free. You can invest part or all  of your annual ISA allowance (currently £20,000)  with us, and our online platform also makes it simple for you to transfer value from other ISAs into Vala Fixed Income Bonds.

If you are not familiar with ISA or IFISA investments, we would always recommend that you seek professional financial advice before investing with us.

Please also read the FAQs and Risks section of this document to help you understand how this investment might be different to other ISA investments you may have made in the past.
